The mission of "Sober-Today.Org" is to help the alcoholic still suffering by carrying the message of what living sober is like, and where it can be found in the St. Louis area. We do this through links to Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, and links to books like The Big Book, The 12 Steps and 12 Traditions, and more. In addition to the many other resources that can be found here, we also have listings for more than 750 AA meetings
per week in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area.
We hope you find what your looking for here but if you need to talk to someone right now, don't be afraid to pick up the phone and call the number listed below. Someone there can talk to you who truly cares, with no strings attached.

We are a small group of recovering alcoholics in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area. As part of our recovery we try to carry the message of Alcoholics Anonymous to others that are suffering from alcoholism. We do this through what is referred to as "service work". This can be accomplished in many ways (e.g. web site/database building and maintaining, donating money for a presence on the web, helping with coffee, transportation, chairing, or setting up meetings, etc.). There are not many people involved in this website, but there is a Board of Directors that oversee the function of "Sober-Today.Org". This site is maintained with sweat equity, and a few small donations from members of Alcoholics Anonymous. We truly are a grateful group of people!
